Islamabad, Pakistan: A 38 years old US mountaineer was rescued by Pakistan army aviation helicopters from K-2 base camp.
Robert Jackson, who was part of 27 members K-2 expedition which reached Pakistan on 16 June suffered height sickness enroute to K-2 summit. He was rescued to Skardu on July 7.
