Samarkand, Uzbekistan: Uzbekistan is starting Fam Tours (familiarization Tours) from last week of March 2015 to promote its tourism products. Fam tours will continue till August 2015.
According to the Silk Road Destinations that is conducting Fam tours, foreign travel agents, travel writers, documentary makers and tourism experts are inviting by the incoming travel agency (C.A.T.I.A) from March 2015.

In an interview with Dispatch News Desk International (DNDI) Vladimir KIM who is Sales Manager of Silk Road Destinations said that ideal behind offering Fam tours to keep Central Asia at the top of the tourism map and focal point of Central Asian tourism will remain Uzbekistan.
