Ukrainian police on the verge of collapse, says Interior Minister Arsen Avakov
Kiev: Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov believes that policemen are facing total demoralization and the department is at the verge of collapse.
“Confidence in the police – hardly different from zero, and as close to zero functional ability. What to do here? Close eyes with his hands? Wait, that will resolve itself? I had to do the hard and dirty work – to clear and build “- said Avakov. As reported UNN, the MVD conducted personnel changes, appointed new chiefs in the office of the Ministry”, he said in a message at his facebook.
