PFUJ demands release of detained Aljazeera journalists in Egypt

President PFUJ Afzal Butt and Secretary General PFUJ Khurshid Abbasi have given a countrywide call on Monday 17,2014 to all affiliated unions and Press Clubs to organize protest demos to urge Egyptian Government to release detained Aljazeera Journalists. PFUJ has expressed complete solidarity with Journalists from all over the world.
FEC Quetta-February 21-22,2014
Federal Executive Committee (FEC) of PFUJ meeting will also be held in Quetta on February 21-22 2014 , hosted by Balochistan Union of Journalists in Quetta Press Club. All affiliated Unions and delegates will attend the sessions to discuss organizational issues of PFUJ, state of security for media persons and undue sacking by media houses.
