TEHRAN: Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Monday signed a joint statement which represents a road map that specifies bilateral steps in relation to resolving outstanding issues, Dispatch News Desk reported.

It was stated by head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi in a joint press conference with IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano in Tehran on Monday.

Under the agreement, Iran will allow IAEA inspectors to visit the Arak heavy water reactor and the Gachin uranium mine, which Salehi said is aimed at proving the country’s determination and readiness to resolve the fabricated nuclear case.

Iran also agreed to provide information to UN inspectors about planned nuclear facilities including research reactors.
