Almaty: International Literary Festival “HEAR. READ. UNDERSTAND ” starts on 5 June in Almaty. The festival is supported by the Almaty City Administration under the interstate program “Almaty – with cultural tolitsa ‘2014 Commonwealth.
Writers, publishers, academics, linguists and cultural experts from 9 countries including Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Italy, India and Japan are attending the event.
Festival “Polyphony” – an excellent platform for exchange of professional publishing, literary writer and experiences through workshops, round tables, literary readings.
