Fawad Khan Filmfare Award: Mumbai: The 60th Filmfare Awards were held to respect the best movies of 2014 from the Hindi-dialect film industry on the 31st of January, 2015 at the Yash Raj Studio in Mumbai. Our exceptionally own Fawad Afzal Khan won the Best Male Debut Award for his work in Khoobsurat.

This makes him the first Pakistani to win a Filmfare Award in an Actor’s classification. Different selections in this classification were Tahir Raj Bhasin (Mardaani), Tiger Shroff (Heropanti), Sharib Hashimi (Filmistaan) and Freddy Daruwala (Holiday). Fawad got the honor from Sonam Kapoor and Jhataleka Malhotra. On getting the recompense Fawad thanked Anil Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor (Producer), his co-star Sonam Kapoor, Disney Creations and the whole group of Khoobsurat furthermore talked about his experience on meeting expectations on the task. Fawad further thanked his fans and said “you folks are the instrument of my achievement. It is delightful to get love from individuals in India and Pakistan.”
