Afghanistan makes its entry in ICC World Cup 2015

DUBAI: Afghanistan beat Kenya by seven wickets in Sharjah on Friday to qualify for the 2015 World Cup for the first time, Dispatch News Desk reported.

It will be Afghanistan’s first appearance in the one-day international cricket World Cup. Afghanistan has previously played two World Twenty20 tournaments in the West Indies in 2010 and Sri Lanka last year.

The ICC Cricket World Cup will be hosted by Australia and New Zealand during Feb-Mar 2015.
