LAMPEDUSA: A boat carrying some 500 asylum-seekers caught fire and sank off the southern Italian island of Lampedusa on Thursday, killing at least 92 persons, Dispatch News Desk reported.
The officials said that more than 150 were rescued while hundreds were still missing.
